NAI Charter Helps Client Retain First Things First as Tenant

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the successful retention of First Things First by First Centenary Real Estate, LLC.

First Things First is the largest tenant at the 20,000sf 620 Building which is owned by an LLC of First Centenary United Methodist Church. First Things First occupies nearly 10,000sf of office space in the property.

The 620 Building is managed and leased by NAI Charter and is located at 620 Lindsay Street in downtown Chattanooga. This long term lease will help the building continue to operate at 100% occupancy as it has done since shortly after NAI Charter began handling the leasing and management of the building in 2006.

First Things First is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families in Hamilton County, Tennessee through education, collaboration and mobilization.
