CHATTANOOGA, TN – January 4, 2016 – NAI Charter had a record year of completed commercial and industrial real estate transactions for 2015 in excess of $61 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter has closed 82 commercial transactions involving 1.66MM SF of space and 71.07 acres of commercial land. This represents a 21% increase in sales volume from the previous year.
