CHATTANOOGA, TN | October 20, 2021 - Frazier DeVaney, Jr. of NAI Charter represented Scenic Properties, LLC in the disposition of the former Greyhound Bus Terminal at 960 Airport Road in Chattanooga, TN.

The 4,325 SF building sits on 14.4 acres and is located adjacent to the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. Scenic Properties, LLC developed the building for Greyhound, who had leased the building for over 25 years. Greyhound plans to relocate.

Scott Blevins with Realty Executive Associates represented the buyers, The Helen Ross McNabb Center, Inc. Plans for the building were not disclosed in the sale.
