The industrial property includes approximately 39,000 square feet of combined office and warehouse space, located just south of downtown Chattanooga in the Rossville industrial area.
Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, of NAI Charter represented the seller, Lendall Lake, LLC, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Astec, Inc.
