NAI Charter Facilitates Retail Sale

David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM, and President of NAI Charter announces the completion of the sale of a 12,800sf retail building located at 7351 Commons Blvd. The former Ethan Allen store sold for $1,150,000. The Seller was Cornerstone Bank and the Purchaser was Eras Mines. Tom Dupree of Results Realty represented the Purchaser. Eras Mines is the president and owner of Art Creations located on Frazier Ave. Art Creations was founded in 1973 and is the oldest art and frame shop in Chattanooga. Mr. Mines is a Certified Picture Framer (CPF) and a Guild Certified Framer (GCF).
