NAI Charter Delivers New Tenant to Shallowford Business Park East
Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter and Leasing Agent for Shallowford Business Park East announces that Elite Behavior Analysis will become the newest tenant in the 69,000sf office and warehouse complex located at 2115 Chapman Road near the intersection of HWY 153 @ Shallowford Road. Elite Behavior was represented by Kellie Lane of Crye-Leike and will be open for business in July 2011. Amie Thomas of NAI Charter is the property manager of Shallowford Business Park East.
