DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM, President, stated that NAI Charter has closed over 44 commercial transactions involving 419,946 SF of space for a value of $18,522,375.
NAI Charter sold or leased 17 warehouses and industrial properties totaling 319,394 SF for a value of $7,473,133. Notable transactions in this sector included Woodbridge Foam, SimplexGrinnell, Express Courier, Consolidated Pipe and SmartFurniture.
NAI Charter also closed 12 office transactions totaling 43,082 SF for a value of $2,699,055. Notable transactions included United Healthcare, Edward Jones, H&R Block and LabCorp.
NAI Charter completed 5 retail transactions totaling 37,801 SF for a value of $4,200,000. Notable transactions included the sale of Battlefield Station and Hixson Crossing.
