Chad Wamack and E. Parker Wamack of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announce the completion of a sale for Regions Bank. The facility was previously the Prebul Ford Dealership in Ringgold, GA. The 34,115 sf car dealership is located at 348 Industrial Drive in Ringgold, GA on 6.1 acres. The sales price was $900,000. The Purchaser, Post Commercial, LLC, is the owner and operator of Global Parts, Inc. which is a supplier of brand new repair parts, maintenance items and accessories for the heavy duty truck and trailer industry. Global parts Inc, specializes in brake, suspension, cargo control, lighting, electrical, exhaust, filtration and body parts for all makes of over-the road trailers and trucks.
