NAI Charter Completes Second North Georgia Transaction for Regions Bank

Chad Wamack and E. Parker Wamack of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announce the completion of a sale for Regions Bank. The facility was previously the Prebul Kia Mazda and GMC Cadillac Dealerships in Dalton, GA. The previous dealerships are located at 1706 & 1554 East Walnut Avenue in Dalton, GA. The two dealerships combined total 63,100 SF on 14.2 acres. The sales price was $850,000. Gene Bartenfeld with Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty represented the buyer, White Capital Group, LLC.
