NAI Charter Completes Sale of Rock/Creek on Tremont Street

Chad Wamack and E. Parker Wamack of NAI Charter, announce they have completed the sale of 100 Tremont Street for Rock/Creek. The property was purchased by Luap Property Holdings, LLC.

The site was the previous retail location for Rock/Creek in North Chattanooga for many years. Rock/Creek has since relocated located to the 2 NorthShore Retail Center in North Chattanooga (301 Manufacturers Road). Rock/Creek has two other locations at Hamilton Place Mall (2200 Hamilton Place Blvd) and 1530 Riverside Drive (Outlet store and Distribution Center).
