Chad Wamack and E. Parker Wamack of NAI Charter announce the sale of a building located at 6435 Lee Hwy Chattanooga, TN owned by McKays Used Books. Tom Dupre, Results Realty, LLC was the agent for the Buyer, Scenic City Dance Center.

The property consists of a free standing building totaling 15,200 sf. on approximately .8 acre. The Purchaser, Scenic City Dance Center will provide quality and affordable dance training.
