NAI Charter Completes Over $23 million in Transactions in Final Quarter of 2015
CHATTANOOGA, TN – January 4, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial and industrial real estate transactions for the fourth quarter of 2015 in excess of $23 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 21 commercial transactions involving 656,163 SF of space and 7.55 acres of land.
