NAI Charter Completes a Successful 4th Quarter 2014

NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial and industrial real estate transactions for the 4th Quarter of 2014 in excess of $23.7 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter has closed 19 commercial transactions involving 375,570 SF of space. It was a well-balanced quarter with equal activity in both sales and lease transactions.

NAI Charter sold or leased 8 warehouses and industrial properties totaling 300,488 SF for a value of $10,001,454. Notable transactions included WJ O’Neil, Babcock & Wilcox, Dillard Partnership, Sears and DHL Express.

NAI Charter sold or leased 8 office transactions totaling 72,232 SF for a value of $11,810,280. Notable transactions included Northwestern Mutual, Chattanooga Orthopaedics, and Aerotec.

NAI Charter sold 2 land transactions totaling 3 acres for a value of $1,525,000. Notable transactions included Speedway and Southern Realty.

NAI Charter’s current property inventory is in excess of $90 million dollars.
