DALTON, GEORGIA | October 20, 2025 | – NAI Charter is pleased to announce the sale of 137 Lower Dug Gap Road SW in Dalton, Georgia. The property includes a 30,230-square-foot industrial facility located just south of Dalton’s city center. The site consists of two connected buildings, providing flexible space suitable for a variety of industrial uses.
The transaction was brokered by Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, of NAI Charter. The seller, Lee Center, LLC, sold the property to the buyer, D&R Wood Products.
