NAI Charter Closes Industrial Land Sale

On September 20, 2012, the former Southern Metal Industries, Inc property at 8757 Alabama Highway at Ringgold, GA was purchased by New Horizon Properties. The 142,000sf facility on 18 acres sold for $550,000 following the dissolution of the corporation. James G. Fitzpatrick MAI, SIOR fulfilled the duties of listing and selling agent for NAI Charter.
