NAI Charter Brokers St. Elmo Office/Investment Sale

David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM & Jeff Jennings, CCIM both of NAI Charter announce the sale of 3918 Tennessee Avenue from Soapstone Partners to Walston Investments. On February 11, 2011 Walston Investments purchased the 6,000sf building which is located in historic St. Elmo at the base of Lookout Mountain for $515,000. The closing was handled by Brian Kopet of Title Guaranty & Trust.

Dr. Timothy Case occupies slightly over 2,000sf of the property for his dental practice. Attorney Brian Smith is also a current and future tenant. The balance of the building will soon become the corporate offices of Pro-Ad Sports.
