NAI Charter Brokers Sale to Environmental Company at 3900 North Hawthorne

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter facilitated the transaction between Combs Industrial Services, Inc as Buyer and Joe Sliger as Seller for 3900 North Hawthorne Street. The nearly 40,000sf building sits on just over 4 acres of M-1 Land and sold for $650,000.

Onsite Environmental, a non-hazardous liquid waste management company, has opened a grease receiving facility at 3900 North Hawthorne. Onsite will employ a process to create a beneficial reuse out of the grease waste which will keep it out of landfills. The organization will work to further Chattanooga’s green initiatives to help beautify the Scenic City.

Onsite Environmental is working in conjunction with Chattanooga's F.O.G. (fats/oils/grease) Control Plan to help reduce the City's carbon footprint.
