Top Industrial Leasing Deal: Chad Wamack completed two industrial leases totaling 60,000 square feet on Polymer Drive. Bryan Rudisill represented the tenant in a 16,244-square-foot industrial lease in East Chattanooga.
Top Office Leasing Deal: David DeVaney secured a 10,236-square-foot office lease at the CBL Center, further reinforcing his strong presence in the office sector.
Top Retail Leasing Deal: Chad Wamack also completed a 2,539-square-foot retail lease along Lee Highway, demonstrating continued demand in Chattanooga’s retail corridors.
