NAI Charter Brokers Long Term Office Lease in SunTrust Office Tower

David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and Jeff Jennings, CCIM, both of NAI Charter, announce the execution of a long term lease by TractManager at the SunTrust Office Tower in downtown Chattanooga.

TractManager will be moving into the 10th and 11th floors where they will occupy the entirety of each floor; a total of 14,900 sf.

Headquartered out of Saddle Brooke, New Jersey TractManager’s Chattanooga operations center will provide organizations proven technology and expertise for cost effective and efficient contract management. TractManager, a current tenant which was originally placed in the building by NAI Charter, will be vacating a smaller suite, part of which is currently under a letter of intent agreement to be filled by a different tenant.

The SunTrust building which is exclusively leased by NAI Charter is one of Chattanooga’s premier downtown office towers and is located at 736 Market Street. More than $1Million dollars has recently gone into further enhancing this iconic building. Only one full floor is currently available in the 18 story building.
