NAI Charter Brokers Another VW Supplier Deal

Bryan Rudisill, CCIM, SIOR & Jeff Jennings, CCIM both of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announce the successful completion of a lease between Dunlop & Kyle Tire Company as Landlord and ATCO Industries as Tenant. Rudisill represented the property owner and Jennings represented the tenant in the lease of 56,000sf at 6210 Bonny Oaks Drive.

ATCO Industries is the latest Volkswagen Supplier to land in the Scenic City. Already an approved source for many OEM’s such as General Motors, Daimler Chrysler and Ford Motor Company, ATCO will add VW to the list with its most recent expansion.

ATCO’s will be responsible for logistics, warehousing and distribution of tires for Volkswagen new sedan which is being built in Chattanooga. The new facility represents a $1B investment by the German automaker.

ATCO Industries was formed in 1980 and is headquartered in Sterling Heights Michigan.
