CHATTANOOGA, TN - November 12, 2018 – Chad Wamack of NAI Charter, is pleased to announce the sale of 7801 Lee Highway to buyer, ATN Hoelzel LP. The property located just off Amnicola Highway sold for $4,000,000 on November 5, 2018.
The property consists of two buildings totaling 90,000 SF on 10 acres. The new owner plans to occupy the majority of the facility after significant improvements and upgrades have been made. Construction is scheduled to start mid-2019. Volkswagen occupies a portion of the building and will remain as a tenant.
