Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a new lease between RAD Feed, LLC and MK, LLC for office space located at 1423 Market Street; across from the Chattanooga Choo Choo.

The tenant, owned by managing partner Andrew Holliday, will provide co-working space for various businesses within the leased premises. Holliday owns a successful advertising company and will look for others in the creative industry to rent space within the office which has a prime location in the bustling Southside. Holliday will be providing various amenities to the new tenants within the space.
