NAI Charter Assists Chattanooga Metropolitan Church

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a lease between Chattanooga Metropolitan Church and MFD Properties for space at 817 North Market Street.

The 250+ member church will be moving to the new location immediately with Sunday services conducted by Reverend Barron Ammons beginning in October. The new church home is 12,223sf and is located next door to Chattanooga Ballet in North Chattanooga just a few blocks North of the Northshore.

The landlord was represented by one of the owners, Matt McGauley of Fidelity Trust Company.
