NAI Charter Announces September's Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: October 4, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of September in excess of $4.7 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 7 commercial transactions involving 22,041 SF of space and 3.59 acres of land.



  • Chad Wamack completed a lease at 55 E Main Street. The 1,400 SF office/retail condo was leased to Track 29.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM leased the former Noodles & Company space located at 405 Market Street. The 5,000 SF retails space was leased to 405 Market, LLC.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM sold commercial land located on Able Drive. The 2 acre tract was sold to JSB Holdings for a new Zaxby’s location.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM represented Pro Martial Arts on a lease at 6719 Mountain View Rd in Ooltewah. The tenant will occupy 2,000 SF.


  • David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM represented Coca-Cola Bottling Company United on a lease at 8302 Dunwoody Place in Atlanta. CCBCU will occupy 12,041 SF of office space.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM represented 9Round Fitness in leasing space at 541 Signal Drive. The tenant will occupy 1,600 SF of gym space.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM represented Speedway on the purchase of 1.59 acres of commercial land located at 4355 Hwy 58.
