NAI Charter Announces October's Completed Transactions


CHATTANOOGA, TN: November 3, 2017 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of October in excess of $10.8 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 4 commercial transactions involving 110,035 SF of space.



  • Arnold Farmer, SIOR, completes a long-term lease at 5600 Brainerd Rd. The tenant, Cherokee Health Systems, Inc, will lease 19,994 SF of office space at Eastgate Town Center.


  • Chad Wamack sold a vacant gas station at 728 Park City Rd in Rossville, GA. The former Kangaroo Convenience store sits on half an acre.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM sold an industrial building located at 1908 Cowart Street. The 13,280 SF building was purchased by Mtn View Acquisitions who was represented by Parker Wamack.


  • Jeff Jennings, CCIM sold an Investment property located at 5510 Hwy 153. The 74,346 SF building was purchased by Asset Preservation, Inc.
