NAI Charter Announces October's Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: November 7, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of October in excess of $6.8 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 4 commercial transactions involving 1,116 SF of space and 265.18 acres of land.

 

Transactions:

• Arnold Farmer, SIOR, CCIM represented The Pic Group on a lease at 1232 Premier Drive. The tenant will occupy 1,116 SF of office space at The Pointe Center.

 

• David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM accompanied by Henry Glascock Company sold 235 acres on Lookout Mountain. The property located at 905 Hwy 157 in Walker County, GA was sold to John Strawn.

 

• David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM represented Coca-Cola Bottling Company United on the purchase of 29 acres in Monroe, Louisiana.

 

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM represented JSB Holdings on the purchase of commercial land located at 3105 Cummings Hwy.  The 1.18 acre tract will be a new Zaxby’s location.
