NAI Charter Announces November's Completed Transactions
CHATTANOOGA, TN: December 6, 2017 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of November in excess of $2.8 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 4 commercial transactions involving 21,739 SF of space and 3 acres of land.
Transactions:
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM leases industrial space at 4334 North Creek Rd. The tenant, Ashcor, LLC will occupy 10,400 SF.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM completes a long-term lease for Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Sandy Springs, GA. Coca-Cola will occupy 4,339 SF of office space.
- Arnold Farmer, SIOR sold an office building located at 6045 Century Oaks Drive. The 7,000 SF building was purchased by Wyatt McVey.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM sold land located at 2108 Chestnut Street. The 3 acre tract was purchased by Elmington Capital.
