NAI Charter Announces March's Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: April 4, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial and real estate transactions for the month of March in excess of $4.7million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 5 commercial transactions involving 106,566 SF of space.

Transactions:

Chad Wamack sold Brainerd Church of Christ located at 4203 Brainerd Road. The 22,000 SF building was purchased by Community Funeral also represented by Chad Wamack for $345,000. They plan to convert the building to a funeral home.

David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM completes a long term lease at 4191 South Creek Road to Bolts & Nuts. They will occupy 43,200 SF of industrial space at the newly renovated building located off Amnicola Hwy. 14,400 SF is still available. Contact David DeVaney for leasing details.

David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM sold a 19,200 SF office complex owned by Ridgedale Baptist Church to Good Stewart Management represented by Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter. Chad Wamack sold a fully occupied apartment building located downtown on High Street. The 7,766 SF / 3 story apartment building and adjacent parking lot were purchased by George Elder, who owns the apartment building next door.
