CHATTANOOGA, TN – March 30, 2015 – Jim Fitzpatrick, SIOR, MAI, represented Keystone Properties, LLC, in the successful negotiation of a lease on the 8,100 SF warehouse at 4136 - B, Jersey Pike. John Rewcastle of ReMax Properties represented the tenant, Barcom Inc, a systems integrator, serving manufacturing and distribution industries.
