NAI Charter Announces July's Completed Transactions
CHATTANOOGA, TN: August 2, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of July in excess of $2.7 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 7 commercial transactions involving 27,530 SF of space and 2 acres of land.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM completed a long-term lease on an expansion for Elliott Davis Decosimo. The tenant added an additional 2,254 SF to its already 36,000 SF of office space at 629 Market Street.
- Jeff Jennings, CCIM completes a lease to Jim Felton. The tenant will occupy 3,900 SF of industrial space at 4295 Cromwell Rd.
- Chad Wamack sold commercial land located at 4428 Hwy 58 for Tom and Susan Harker. The land is approximately 0.75 acre.
- Jeff Jennings, CCIM completes a retail lease to Hot Yoga Plus. The tenant will occupy 2,739 SF at 2 Northshore.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM completes a lease at CBL Center. First TN bank will occupy 4,237 SF of office space at 2034 Hamilton Place Blvd.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM completes a lease to Baker Distribution. The tenant will occupy 14,400 SF of industrial space at 4191 South Creek Road.
- Chad Wamack sold commercial land located at 5595 Hixson Pike. The 1.25 acres of land was purchased by Christian Brothers Auto.
