NAI Charter Announces January’s Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: February 3, 2017 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of January in excess of $392,000. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 4 commercial transactions involving 8,359 SF of space.

 

Transactions:

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM leased industrial space at Shallowford Business Park East located at 2100 Chapman Road.  MC Builders is currently leasing 3,800 SF and is adding an additional 2,000 SF of space.

 

• David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM renewed a 2,147 SF lease for the US Defense at CBL Center located at Hamilton Place Blvd.

 

• J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM sold an office building owned by Doug Dyer located 4129 Hixson Pike. The 1,462 SF building was purchased by Millwrights 1554.

 

• Chad Wamack leased office/medical space in Hwy 153 Commons, located at 5819 Winding Lane. The tenant SE Retina Associates will occupy 2,750 SF.
