NAI Charter Announces February’s Completed Transactions
CHATTANOOGA, TN – March 7, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial and industrial real estate transactions for February in excess of $2.1 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 6 commercial transactions involving 16,286 SF of space and 4.68 acres of land.
Chad Wamack of NAI Charter announces the lease of 7540 East Brainerd Road in Chattanooga, TN. The 3,500 SF suite will be occupied by Breakout Games.
Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the sale of a medical office building located at 1606 Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, TN. The 4,517 SF building was purchased for $875,000 by Gunbarrel Retina and Southeastern Retina Associates will occupy the space. Jeff Jennings represented the seller, Meadows Development.
Arnold Farmer, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the lease of an office building at 1712 Church Street in Chattanooga, TN. The 5,200 SF office building will be occupied by Premier Transportation. Arnold also represented Premier Transportation with purchase of 3.10 acres of land at 1633 Shepherd Road in Chattanooga, TN.
David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President of NAI Charter represented TE Properties in the sale of 1.58 acres of land located at 3301 Broad Street in Chattanooga, TN.
Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM and Vice President of NAI Charter referred NAI Knoxville in the lease of a 3,069 SF office building in Knoxville, TN.
