NAI Charter Announces December's Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: January 9, 2017 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of December in excess of $1.7 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 4 commercial transactions involving 31,263 SF of space.
Transactions:
- Arnold Farmer, SIOR sold an industrial building located at 10324 & 10328 Cogdill Road. The 11,000 SF building was purchased by Snider Tire.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM completed a lease at CBL Center located at 2030 Hamilton Place Blvd. The tenant, Southern Health will occupy 8,117 SF of office space.
- Chad Wamack sold former Kangaroo Convenience Store located on Hwy 27 in Summerville, GA. The 2,146 SF building was purchased by Jack’s Family Restaurant.
- David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM leases industrial space at 4319 North Creek Road. The tenant, Interstate Batteries, will occupy 10,000 SF.
