NAI Charter Announces August's Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: September 2, 2016 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of August in excess of $6.1 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 8 commercial transactions involving 213,613 SF of space.

 

Transactions:

• David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM represented Dillard Partnership in the purchase of 4167 S Creek Road. The building is 42,000 SF of industrial space.

 

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM sold the former Ryan’s Steak House turned Hibachi Grill located at 6734 Lee Hwy. The 11,873 SF restaurant sits on 2.95 acres and is located on Lee Hwy near Hickory Valley Rd intersection.

 

• Arnold Farmer, SIOR, CCIM sold an industrial building located at 1619 Shepherd Road. The 11,600 SF building was purchased by Premier Land Chattanooga.

 

• Chad Wamack sold the former Designed Alloy industrial building located at 3033 Alton Park. The 118,298 SF building sits on 8.79 Acres.

 

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM sold the industrial building located 5911 Quintus Loop. The 18,462 SF building was purchased by QuinLoop Properties.

 

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM completes a lease at 6400 Lee Hwy to SEI Inc. The tenant will occupy 1,600 SF of office space.

 

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM completed a lease to Stanley Convergent Security at 4295 Cromwell Rd. The tenant will occupy 3,080 SF of industrial space.

 

• Jeff Jennings, CCIM sold a retail building located at 3515 Rossville Blvd. The 6,700 SF building was purchased by C.H. Chen.
