NAI Charter Announces a Long Term Lease at Shallowford Business Park East

CHATTANOOGA, TN – October 2015: Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a long term lease to Health Connect America for 5,000 SF of office space. Shallowford Business Park East is a 70,000 SF office and warehouse business park located at 2100 Chapman Road near the corner of HWY 153 and Shallowford Row.

Health Connect America is a company that provides behavioral health treatment and related services to strategic regional locations Tennessee, Alabama and Virginia. Their network of caseworkers, therapists and clinicians are readily available to meet the needs of families in the communities. Health Connect America offers in-home casework, therapy, and counseling as well as Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for at-risk youth, families and communities, with the steadfast goal of promoting reunification and/or permanency goals for all parties involved.
