CHATTANOOGA, TN: October 7, 2019 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for third quarter in excess of $24 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 32 commercial transactions involving 712,126 SF of space and 13.44 acres of commercial land.
- Jeff Jennings, CCIM leased space at 412 Georgia Avenue (3,572 SF) to YW Law, 412 Georgia Avenue (1,474 SF) to Ameriprise, 1203 Cleveland HWY (1 acre) to Del Taco, 2100 Chapman Road (4,921 SF) to Health Connections, 153 @ Hamill Road (3,100 SF) to JM Hixson, and sold 3147 Broad (3,675 SF) to Haistens Family Partners, 5326 Ringgold Road (10,027 SF) to SHOS, LLC.
- J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, leased space at 4625 N Lee Hwy (3,811) to The Vascular Institute, and 1229 Battlefield Parkway (1,200 SF) to Saylor Enterprise.
- Chad Wamack completed the following transactions: 1800 Gunbarrel Road (2,500 SF) to NB Chattanooga, 164 W 31st Street (15,922 SF) to Design Go, 164 W 31st Street (23,816 SF) to FulEx, 1510 Gunbarrel Road (1,215 SF) to Dr. Eric Wright, 164 W 31st Street (37,402 SF) to James Holbrook. 1850 Alamaville Rd (2,950 SF), 1713 Chickamauga Loop (4,500 SF) to Central Holdings LLC, 7425 Commons Blvd (12,700 SF) to Gary L Semanchik, 6150 Shallowford Road (2,000) to Jim Coltrin, 513 Georgia Ave (5,374 SF) to 513 Georgia Ave GP, 687 Overbridge (8,400 SF and .69 acres) to Double W LLC, 2342 Shallowford Village (4,136 SF) to Apple One Partners, and 854 McCallie Ave (2,300 SF & 5 acres) to Billy Mullins.
