CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE | February 26th, 2024 – NAI Charter, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, Vice President has successfully represented the owner, Carustar Recovered Fiber (Grief), in the sale of their facility located at 1721 Central Avenue Chattanooga, TN. The property consists of roughly 80,000 SF of warehouse and approximately 2.6 acres. The Purchaser is Amerco Real Estate (U-Haul).

Amerco Real Estate (U-Haul) will renovate the warehouse into a U-box warehouse and mobile containers facility.
