NAI Charter 2012 Results

NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial and industrial real estate transactions for 2012 in excess of $24 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed over 55 commercial transactions involving 863,555 SF of space and 47.8 acres of land for a value of $24,548,767.

NAI Charter sold or leased 15 warehouses and industrial properties totaling 608,094 SF for a value of $3,813,930. Notable transactions in this sector included Tranco, Southern Metal Industries and Sunbelt Rentals.

NAI Charter also closed 19 office transactions totaling 91,161 SF for a value of $7,796,192. Notable transactions included the Center of Sports Medicine, Chattanooga Autism, Comcast and Southern Health.

NAI Charter completed 18 retail transactions totaling 164,300 SF for a value of $7,743,686. Notable transactions included Blue Sky, MD, ACE Cash Express, Region Bank and Chattanooga Airport Authority.

NAI Charter sold 6 land transactions totaling 47.8 acres for a value of $1,312,500 Notable transactions included Doc Xpress, SunTrust Bank and City of Dayton.

NAI Charter’s current property inventory is in excess of $50 million dollars.
