Through the first two quarters, NAI Charter successfully completed 48 transactions totaling more than $27.6 million in transaction volume. Our team facilitated the sale and lease of 453,410 square feet of commercial & industrial space while also closing transactions involving 43.17 acres. These results reflect the strength of our client relationships, the expertise of our brokerage professionals, and our commitment to delivering strategic real estate solutions across the office, industrial, retail, investment, and land sectors.
