James G. Fitzpatrick, SIOR, MAI Retires after 20 Years from NAI Charter

CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE – 07/17/17 – James G. Fitzpatrick, SIOR, MAI, has retired from NAI Charter after 20 years of dedicated service.

Since June 1974, Jim has conducted appraisals, consultations, and sales. Jim’s expertise in appraisals and sales of commercial; industrial; rural and special purpose properties; consultation; marketability; site selection; land use and environmental studies, has made him in an invaluable member of the NAI Charter company.

Jim has testified as an expert witness and served as a senior staff member of a Regional Planning Commission. He holds the MAI and SIOR designations and is a member of the Lookout Mountain Golf Club, Kiwanis Club of Chattanooga, and the Military Officers Association of America. Jim is also a Director of the Corporation Board for the First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga.
