McDonald Farm

McDonald Farm represents a rare opportunity to own over 2,000 acres in Hamilton County, Tennessee. This unique offering has been in the same family since 1821 representing eight generations of the McDonald family. The patriarch of the current generation, Roy McDonald; lived in the main house until the middle of the 1970’s. The house and property continue to serve the family and community. Until recently the farm hosted “Old Mc- Donald’s Farm Days” where families, schools, churches, and companies could enjoy field trips, celebrate birthday parties, weddings, and a variety of special events, hosting up to 25,000 people at a time.
