CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE | April 2021 | Excelsior Capital announces their second acquisition of 2021- a 99,878 square foot multi-tenant flex asset located in the dynamic Chattanooga market. The original building was constructed in 1988 and the other two were added in 2003 and 2006.
The portfolio will be 92.5% occupied at closing with a diverse rent roll of quality tenants.
