NAI Charter is expanding its full-service property management division. Now serving 29 commercial properties totaling nearly 1.2 million square feet of space in the Chattanooga area, NAI Charter has brought on D. Frazier DeVaney Jr. as property manager.
A University of the South graduate and formerly of ENERG3, DeVaney is excited to join the company that his grandfather founded and his father grew.
"Frazier grew up hearing Charter Real Estate's mantra, 'Exceeding Expectation'," David F. DeVaney, NAI Charter president, said. "I am confident Frazier will bring energy and talent to our property management division."
