Jeff Jennings Leases Space at Shallowford Business Park East

Jeff Jennings, CCIM announces that Comfort Medical Supply, LLC will be the newest Tenant at Shallowford Business Park East. The familyowned company, which was represented by Mike Fullam of Grubb & Ellis Hudson, provides a great variety of powered mobility equipment and other assistive equipment to those with debilitating conditions. Comfort Medical will occupy close to 4,000sf in the nearly 69,000sf flex space center which is located at 2115 Chapman Road just off of HWY 153 @ Shallowford Road.

Comfort Medical will join national tenants such as MDA, Miller Industries, Heartland Payment and Hobart in the complex. Some warehouse and office space is still available in the center. Jeff Jennings, CCIM is the leasing agent for Shallowford Business Park East and Amie Thomas, also of NAI Charter, is the property manager.
