Chattanooga Area Convention and Vistors Bureau is moving to SunTrust Office Tower
David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and Jeff Jennings, CCIM, both of NAI Charter announce that a lease agreement has been reached between the Chattanooga Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (CACVB) and the owners of the SunTrust Office Tower in downtown Chattanooga.
The atypically long term lease, by Chattanooga standards, will commence after a complete demolition and tenant specific build out of the entire 7,450sf on the 18th floor. The 18th, which is the top floor of the 146,000sf tower, affords some of the most picturesque views in Chattanooga.
Led by Bob Doak, the CACVB is charged with selling Chattanooga’s story to the world. By recruiting conventions, tourism and even helping to relocate families to the area, the CACVB is a major contributor to the current success story of Chattanooga.
NAI Charter is the leasing agent for the SunTrust building at 736 Market Street which is managed by The Simpson Organization and owned by Market Street Chattanooga LP. Currently less than 20,000sf remains available in the building. Please contact David DeVaney or Jeff Jennings for leasing opportunities.
