Blake & Pendleton Signs 3rd Renewal

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announces the successful lease renewal of flex space located at 53 Desai Lane in Ringgold, Georgia.

Blake & Pendleton has become a very long term tenant for landlord Vijay Desai. Jeff Jennings, CCIM has now completed four transactions involving the pair.

The 38 year old regional company, Blake & Pendleton, is a full service provider of compressed air and gas equipment, pumping equipment, heat transfer equipment, and vacuum systems.
