Blake & Pendleton Remains Long Term Tenant

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announces the successful lease renewal of flex space located at 53 Desai Lane in Ringgold, Georgia.

Blake & Pendleton has become a very long term tenant for landlord Vijay Desai. This is their third executed lease term at the property since NAI Charter brokered the first lease.

The 37 year old regional company, Blake & Pendleton, is a full service provider of compressed air and gas equipment, pumping equipment, heat transfer equipment, and vacuum systems.
