NAI Charter Announces March's Completed Transactions

CHATTANOOGA, TN: April 4, 2018 – NAI Charter is pleased to announce completed commercial real estate transactions for the month of March in excess of $2.5 million. David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM and President, stated that NAI Charter closed 7 commercial transactions involving 25,000 SF of space and 1.18 acres of commercial land.
- Arnold Farmer, SIOR, CCIM represented Brandon Herndon in leasing office space at 6025 Lee Hwy. The tenant will be occupying 2,064 SF.
- Jeff Jennings, CCIM represented Getz Partners in the purchase of 1.18 acres of commercial land located on Hwy 153.
- J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR completed a lease at 1210 Premier Drive. The tenant, Commercial Insurance Agency will occupy 3,533 SF in The Pointe Centre.
- J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR sold Industrial building located 1604 Central Ave. The 6,700 SF building was purchased by Freight Partners.
- J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR sold the building located 6714 Heritage Court. The 3,053 SF office building was purchased by Mani Reeve.
- David DeVaney, CCIM, SIOR leased space at 4352 N Creek Rd. The tenant, Ashcor will occupy 7,500 SF of industrial space.
- David DeVaney, CCIM, SIOR leased space at Four Corners, located at 5035 Ooltewah-Ringgold Rd. The tenant, Martial Arts will occupy 2,150 SF of retail space.
